STALL RENT FOR 2011/2012

The FSBOA/Isle Management Track Committee met and agreed to the following stall rent payment schedule:

1. The stall rent for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 is $900 per stall. There is an additional $500 fee for any stall used for a yearling.

2. Stalls to be used as of July 1, 2011 shall pay three equal payments of $300 each on; July 1, October 1, and January 1, 2012. 
    Stalls to be used as of October 1, 2011  shall pay two equal payment of $450 each on October 1, 2011 and January 1, 2012
    Stalls to used after January 1, 2012 shall pay one payment of $900 upon use.

3. A summer stall application will be distributed and required to be submitted along with the $300 payment. There are ample stalls available during this period and any horse listed or number of stalls requested will be approved. All stalls will need to be reapplied for in the fall.

4. A fall stall application will be required to cover the fall/winter racing season along with the applicable stall fees. Stalls will be in high demand and every application will be reviewed by the Track Committee. Every effort will be made to give first consideration to those individuals that have previously raced and stabled at Pompano Park for a minimum of three consecutive years. The initial payment must accompany the stall application. We cannot stress enough the importance of the stalls being the trainers responsibility. 

5. Those stables not requiring as many stalls as originally listed and paid on October 1, 2011 will be allowed to turn in those stalls and not be required to make the January 1, 2012 payment. 

6. Under this new system, it will be very difficult to increase the size of your stables and it will require a lot of cooperation between stall holders and Bobby Owens. If you claim an additional horse it will be your responsibility to find a stall and receive the stall managers and holders approval.
