Chapter 159 Golden Handcuffs
Chapter 159 Golden Handcuffs
Shen Feiwan said calmly, "Bo Fang is getting married in two days. Bo Junxing and I will both be there. If there's anything you want to tell him, you might as well take this opportunity to say it."
"What did you say?" Yue Ying asked incredulously. "Are you really this brazen? Why should I say it? Or are you using me for something?"
“Hmm,” Shen Feiwan said casually, “To tell you the truth, I want to dump Bo Junxing, but he’s like a leech that I can’t get rid of. So, why don’t you give me a hand?”
"Hey Shen, are you drunk?" Yue Ying found it ridiculous that what she had gone to so much trouble to get was something this woman had discarded like trash.
How could Bo Junxing be so blind!
Yue Ying was furious; her breathing was noticeably more rapid on the phone. "Shen Feiwan, you asked for this! Don't regret it later!"
Shen Feiwan chuckled, completely unconcerned. "Then I'll wait and see."
Chen Youen: "I'm really looking forward to it too!"

Bo Fang's wedding was held at a five-star hotel owned by the Bo family.
Inside the banquet hall, the crystal chandeliers shone brightly, like stars falling from the sky, and the T-shaped stage leading to the stage was decorated with flowers, exuding a delicate and rich fragrance.
The guests, dressed in fine clothes, gathered in twos and threes, chatting quietly and raising their glasses in toasts. The scene looked lively, grand, and luxurious.
However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that the atmosphere at the scene was not as festive as that of a typical wedding.
Because neither the wedding organizers nor the groom were smiling.
The groom, Bo Fang, sat in a wheelchair. He looked alive, but in reality, he was lifeless.
His father, Bo Chengyang, was receiving guests, but the smile on his face was all an act.
Neither of the bride's parents were able to attend, because Shen Hao and Shu Yan were both in prison.
The groom's situation isn't much better; his mother, Xu Ruoqing, is currently in prison.
The person who sent these people to prison—Shen Feiwan—was already standing at the entrance of the wedding banquet hall.
She stood there quietly, dressed in a simple yet elegant white suit, with her long hair flowing over her shoulders and her makeup light, giving her an exceptionally aloof appearance.
Her appearance immediately caught the attention of the reception staff.
"Excuse me, ma'am, you cannot enter without an invitation. Please do not make things difficult for us."
"Understood," Shen Feiwan nodded. "Then it should be okay for me to stand here and wait for someone, right?"
The reception staff had actually recognized Shen Feiwan long ago, because they had been informed by the bride that they must not let this woman in.
Now that she says she needs to wait for someone here, the receptionist naturally can't find fault with her and can only say, "Please, ma'am, do as you wish."
"Okay, thank you very much." Shen Feiwan smiled slightly, took out her phone and dialed a number. "Hello, it's me. I'm at the banquet hall reception. Could you come out and meet me?"
After hanging up the phone, she put it back in her handbag and calmly looked into the banquet hall.
It was a very luxurious wedding venue; Shen Zhizhi must have been very satisfied.
What she was most satisfied with was the huge LED screen on the stage backdrop.
Two minutes later.
Bo Junxing walked out of the banquet hall.
He wore a well-tailored black suit with straight shoulders and a perfectly fitted waist, which made his already slender figure appear even more upright.
His complexion looks much better than before; his face, which was pale just a couple of days ago, now has some color in it.
“Here.” Shen Feiwan saw him and raised her hand to him.
His gaze was fixed on Shen Feiwan, his eyes deep and reserved, like a still pool of water, revealing no emotional fluctuations.
He strode towards Shen Feiwan.
Upon seeing that it was Bo Junxing, the receptionist quickly stepped aside, looking elsewhere and not daring to say anything more.
"Why are you here?" Bo Junxing's first words to him were anything but polite.
Upon hearing this, Shen Feiwan smiled faintly. "What's wrong? Aren't you happy to see me?"
Bo Junxing glanced down at her elegant clutch, his voice low and calm, revealing no emotion, "Didn't you bring the divorce papers with you today?"
Shen Feiwan chuckled lightly, "Today is your nephew's and my stepsister's wedding, it's not auspicious to bring this out."
"So you came today to make this wedding more auspicious?" Bo Junxing asked, his tone carrying a hint of probing.
Shen Feiwan tilted her head, a playful glint in her eyes. "If I say no, will you not take me in?"
"How could that be? We hadn't been in touch for two days, and then Madam suddenly called me. How could I abandon her? It's rare for Madam to take the initiative to contact me, so I have to give her some face." As he spoke, he extended his arm to Shen Feiwan, inviting her to come inside with him.
Shen Feiwan understood, a slight smile playing on her lips, and reached out to take Bo Junxing's arm.
However, just as her fingertips were about to touch his sleeve, Bo Junxing suddenly raised his hand and firmly grasped her wrist.
Shen Feiwan was stunned for a moment. Before she could react, she heard a soft "click" and a flash of golden light appeared before her eyes. Suddenly, a delicate gold bracelet appeared on her wrist.
The gold ring was exquisitely crafted and at first glance looked like a luxurious piece of jewelry.
But then there was another "click," and Bo Junxing fastened the same gold ring to his own wrist.
The two gold rings were connected by an extremely thin gold chain, making them look more like shackles.
Shen Feiwan looked down at Bo Junxing's actions and was so surprised she almost popped her eyes out. "What are you doing?!?!?!"
Bo Junxing's expression was indifferent, and his tone was as calm as if he were stating something extremely ordinary, "Can't you see it? Do I need to repeat it to you in writing?"
Shen Feiwan frowned deeply, incredulous. "No, I meant you..." "What, am I crazy?"
Bo Junxing interrupted Shen Feiwan.
He tilted his head slightly, his gaze falling on Shen Feiwan's face, his eyes filled with meaning, "You know perfectly well that you are the least welcome person today, but you still came. If I don't keep a close eye on you, how can I dare to let you in?"
As he spoke, he bent down and leaned close to Shen Feiwan's ear, his warm breath brushing against her ear, his voice so low that only the two of them could hear, "How about I play the policeman today, and you play my criminal suspect?"
"...That's not how you play role-playing."
Although she was locked up, Shen Feiwan wasn't afraid. She raised an eyebrow and lowered her voice, "When it comes to acting, I still prefer it in bed."
Bo Junxing's eyes darkened slightly, and a barely perceptible fluctuation flashed in his eyes.
Instead, she teased him.
She's so calm!
But he hated her perpetually composed demeanor, as if everything was under her control.
He pursed his lips, didn't reply, but instead took Shen Feiwan's hand, placed it on his arm, and walked towards the banquet hall without saying a word.
