Chapter 143: Squatting over the wall revealed the twins' identities.
After coaxing the unreasonable little cockroach to sleep, Sang Ling climbed over the wall to go next door.
Don't ask her why she came here to climb over the wall. Just tell her the twins live over there, and climbing over the wall is risky.
When he went over, Fu Jiaojiao wasn't home. Fortunately, she wasn't there to see him; she had more important things to do.
She met Uncle Zhang on the road, and his eyes lit up when he saw her.
"Miss Sang, it's been a long time. Why didn't you come recently? Did you go climbing over someone else's wall?"
"I know my young master is a bit boring, so it's understandable that you go to another family."
"But then again, are other people's walls as easy to climb over as ours? Will they build you a ladder? Are there handsome men like our young master behind other people's walls?"
"It's nothing really. You can go out and have some fun if you want, just remember to come back when you're tired."
Uncle Zhang rattled off a whole bunch of things.
Sang Ling didn't even have a chance to get a word in edgewise.
Uncle Zhang looked up at the sky at a 45-degree angle, his eyes filled with tears of emotion.
Thank goodness, Miss Sang wasn't lured away by the wildflowers outside and came back to see the young master.
He'll call the young lady in a bit to tell her the good news.
“I’m not looking for him, I’m looking for you.” Sang Ling paused in her steps.
"What? Miss Sang has taken a liking to me?" Uncle Zhang was shocked. "No, no, Uncle Zhang, I sell my body but not my skills."
Sang Ling: "...I want a car."
Ten minutes later, a low-profile Maserati quietly drove away.
Uncle Zhang, who had sold himself into servitude, drove in front, while Sang Ling sat in the passenger seat giving directions.
I made my way quietly to the familiar alley and the familiar shop entrance.
Upon opening the door, I saw the boss, who was cosplaying as the Bean Sprout Spirit today.
Sang Ling: "..."
The eccentric man is everywhere; she should get used to it.
Once inside, Sang Ling didn't emerge until dark, carrying a bulging black bag.
She stood at the door, pinching her now-deflated wallet, her lips tightly pursed.
When Sang Ling returned to the villa, Fu Jiaojiao had not yet come back, so she decided to go back first and come back later when it was quiet.
However, as soon as they climbed over the wall, they saw two people squatting in the corner, crickets chirping.
"Sister, what do we do now? How can we get close to her if she won't go out?"
"No rush, there will always be an opportunity."
"But we don't have much time left. If we don't complete the mission, someone will replace us, and then..."
Before Baozhu could finish speaking, the atmosphere between the two became much heavier.
They were all aware of the consequences of mission failure.
After a moment of silence, Pearl spoke coldly, "Tonight, when it's late and everyone is quiet, we'll sneak into her room and take her away."
"Is this okay?"
"You'll only know if you try."
“But is she really the person we’re looking for? Dr. S is supposed to be so amazing, how come she’s just a little girl who doesn’t even seem very bright?” Baozhu couldn’t help but mutter.
“Baozhu, remember, you can’t judge a book by its cover,” Pearl said seriously.
Baozhu pouted and was about to get up and leave when she suddenly heard a soft rustling sound above her head. The two of them looked up.
Unexpectedly, their eyes met those of Sang Ling, who was crouching against the wall.
The two stared wide-eyed.
Sang Ling wasn't embarrassed when she was caught eavesdropping; she simply raised her hand to greet them.
"What a coincidence."
The twins were startled and backed away. Sang Ling jumped down, dusted off her clothes, and acted nonchalantly.
The two terrified men exchanged a glance and, as if making a firm decision, pulled out the knives they had hidden on their bodies.
"Now that you've discovered it, there's no need for us to..."
Halfway through uttering those harsh words, a cold object pressed against his head.
The twins' pupils dilated in shock as they stared incredulously at Sang Ling, who was holding a gun. She tilted her head, smiled, and asked them, "Again what?"
The breeze was so gentle and casual, it was as if they were being asked what they wanted to eat tonight.
Sang Ling was also surprised that the tool she had just brought back would come in handy so quickly.
Two minutes later, the twins squatted in a row in the corner with their hands behind their heads.
Sang Ling stood in front of the two, looking down at them, casually twirling the black gun in her right hand.
Examine every inch.
When they stopped what they were doing, they both gasped for breath.
Sang Ling stepped forward and squatted down to look them in the eye. Her sharp gaze carried an invisible sense of oppression. Baozhu was the first to lose her temper and gave up.
"Kill us or torture us, it's up to you, but we'd rather die than tell." Baozhu raised her chin.
"Are you sure you don't want to tell?" Sang Ling asked slowly.
"Even if I die, I will not tell you." Baozhu snorted lightly, confronting Sang Ling.
Sang Ling glanced at her indifferently and decided to grant her wish.
The whimpering pearl collapsed, knocked unconscious by Sang Ling.
"Baozhu!" Pearl caught her falling sister in a panic. Just as she looked up angrily, a familiar dark hole appeared before her eyes.
“She’s too noisy, you speak to her.” Sang Ling glanced casually at Pearl, whose face was deathly pale.
Her fair and slender hands gripped the jet-black pistol, her movements both cool and nonchalant.
