Xiao Chong’s cousin in front of her was slightly chubby, with particularly big eyes and a smile that came before her words, giving her a very approachable look.

Upon hearing Xiao Chong say this, Lin Wanwan immediately responded, "Don’t listen to your cousin talking nonsense; I’m much worse than him at studies. I’m not sure if I can help much, but I’ll try my best."
"Wanwan, don’t be so modest," Xiao Chong said as he already started walking towards the door.
Seeing that Xiao Chong was determined to leave, Chen Ying had no choice but to escort him to the door, still reluctant to close it.
Xiao Chong turned to close the door, lightly pushing her inside, his tone mildly commanding, "Get back inside and remember to lock the door."
"Okay." With lingering eyes, Chen Ying watched as Xiao Chong closed the door.
She carefully slid the bolt and the safety chain, and then, at the next moment, heard a knock on the door.
Excitedly, she opened it, thinking Xiao Chong had returned, but found a middle-aged woman she didn’t know, startling her. "Who are you?" she asked in surprise.
The visitor was actually Wang Teacher, who came to check the rooms. Lin Wanwan had already reached the entrance to greet her, "Good evening, Teacher Wang."
Teacher Wang looked at Lin Wanwan and then at this unfamiliar yet adorable girl, suddenly understanding, "Oh, this is Xiao Chong’s cousin who’s here to watch his game, right?"
Lin Wanwan nodded, but before she could reply, Chen Ying eagerly introduced herself, "Yes, Teacher, I’m Xiao Chong’s cousin. Good evening, Teacher! Come in and have a seat; would you like some chocolate? I brought some."

"Sure." Lin Wanwan took out her iPad from her backpack, and she and Chen Ying, heads together, added each other as friends.
