The breakup with Lucia didn’t make Wen Bing very upset.

He just realized one thing: he might not have liked Lucia that much.

"You two got together pretty quickly anyway," Zhou Yun said. "But at that time, you seemed completely immersed, so I couldn’t say much."

"You shouldn’t have flirted with her," Zhou Yun pointed out. "You’re a director, she’s an actor, and you two hadn’t known each other for long. No matter how much you like her, you shouldn’t have been so hasty in opening up to her."

Wen Bing scratched his head and sighed.

"That’s not something I can control."

"I don’t believe that. I don’t believe people have things they can’t control; it all comes down to your willpower," Zhou Yun said. "If people truly can’t control their behavior, they’re no different from animals."

Wen Bing: "You’re frighteningly rational."

"What I mean is, we need to set higher standards for ourselves. Not being able to control oneself shouldn’t become an excuse or reason," Zhou Yun said. "Especially, it can’t be a reason to forgive oneself."

Wen Bing shrugged.

"You’re always strict with me."

"I’m strict with all my friends," Zhou Yun said. "There are things I might not say, but if I’m not friends with you, even less would be said."

Wen Bing asked, "Would you say these things to Song Chi?"

"It’s different," Zhou Yun rolled her eyes at him, "If I could be as rational in front of Song Chi as I am in front of you, I wouldn’t have fallen for him."

Wen Bing suddenly laughed.

"Alright, I accept all your criticisms."

Zhou Yun: "Let’s go out for a walk."

She didn’t want to stay in the hotel room all day with such great weather.

Wen Bing nodded.

The two walked out of the hotel, bathed in the Roman sunshine.

Zhou Yun stretched her arms freely, a radiant smile appearing on her face.

She said to Wen Bing, "Take a picture for me."

Wen Bing nodded, took out his phone, and said, "I only have a phone."

"That’s fine." Zhou Yun nodded, struck a graceful pose, and let Wen Bing take a few pictures of her and said, "Let’s go."

Wen Bing sent the photos to Zhou Yun.

"Has Windsor contacted you again?" Zhou Yun asked.

Wen Bing: "Why would she contact me? Isn’t she doing quite well with Chen Wenjun?"

"Seems like she’s doing well," Zhou Yun nodded, "Before I got a script from a new director which I planned to do myself, but she snatched it."

Wen Bing was somewhat surprised.

He was astonished: "She managed to snatch the script you were eyeing?"

From a director’s perspective, Wen Bing couldn’t understand why such a thing would happen.

Zhou Yun: "The new director is rather difficult to deal with. He might think partnering with me isn’t suitable."

Wen Bing was more shocked at Zhou Yun’s words.

"If even you aren’t easy to cooperate with, who does he think is? Wen Bing was utterly astonished, "Then I can only say that person is too clueless, doesn’t understand the industry at all, who is it?"

Zhou Yun laughed, saying, "I told you before, it’s the script ’Above the Dust.’

Zhou Yun had previously asked Wen Bing to read the script ’Above the Dust.’ It was well-written, and Wen Bing remembered it.

He said in surprise, "It’s him? Alright."
